Pasta and Jessica and Pasta Puttana:
I love pasta. Used to go to Italy on business and learned
what great pasta is. Early this year I took a class at The Chopping Block to learn how to make pasta by hand from scratch,
and I love doing it. Lots of work and time involved though which aren't always available. So last month I learned of a
young woman who shares this pasta passion and has taken it upon herself to help with the load. She opened a store to sell
