I erased all the old things on this page so we can start
fresh. I am more committed than ever to helping people, so I am doing more to help myself, in order to learn. Along this line
my latest theme is walking. This is not the "exercise" page but I want to spread the news wherever I can. Most people
don't exercise because it is too hard, or at least what we have been told to do is too hard. You know, get the heart rate
up etc. So if you do not exercise, take a stroll. Slow. Just one minute. Start somewhere. More on this on the "exercise"
page soon.
